Designed for Waldorf Q & Goldfinger by The Usual Suspects, get instant access to warm, evolving, and sci-fi-tinged pad tools built for ambient, downtempo, and psychedelic atmosphere work. Load a preset, drop it in your project, and start writing.
Goldfinger is developed by The Usual Suspects, who preserve classic synths through emulation. If you use it, please support their work with a donation.
Please note: Goldfinger is currently in beta and is available only to VIP members who have donated to The Usual Suspects. You also need your own Waldorf Q firmware (ROM) file, since Goldfinger does not include one and BigFreq does not provide ROM files. Owners of a hardware Waldorf Q can load QUAKE directly via SysEx.
QUAKE is a preset pack designed for Waldorf Q and Goldfinger, The Usual Suspects' emulator of the Waldorf Q synthesizer. Goldfinger is currently in beta and available only to VIP members who have donated to The Usual Suspects. Using it also requires your own Waldorf Q firmware (ROM) file, which BigFreq does not include or provide.

QUAKE includes a free Valhalla preset collection and a MIDI pack of pads and strings, in addition to the main preset bank.

How do I access my purchases after buying?
Checkout opens in a new tab. Your download link arrives by email right after payment, and everything is linked to your email address. If you ever lose access, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
What is your refund policy?

Can I use BigFreq sounds in my commercial releases?
Yes. Every BigFreq sound is 100% royalty free for releases, DJ sets, live shows, sync and client work, and all royalties are yours. You cannot resell or redistribute the raw sounds or presets as your own packs.
Do BigFreq members get discounts?
Yes. Academy Essential and Elite members get member discounts, and Essential includes 20% off flagship courses.
Is this pack in the Sonic Vault?
Yes. BigFreq packs are also included in the Sonic Vault sound library, part of the BigFreq Sonic Suite: €17.99 a month, yours to keep after 9 payments, or €149.99 today.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs on Moonbase, which shows the methods that work where you are: cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and local methods such as PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL and Bancontact where they are available. Monthly plans show only methods that can be saved for renewals. Prices are in EUR.
What do I need to use this pack?
The synth and version each pack needs are listed under Technical details above. Audio comes as 24-bit WAV at 44.1 and 48 kHz and works in any DAW.
Do products get updated?
Buy once and the pack is yours for good, including future updates to that pack. Files you have downloaded stay yours.
How fast is customer support?
We reply within 24 hours, usually much faster. Email [email protected]. Support is handled by producers who use the products.
