BigFreq Producer Templates – Usage Rights and Restrictions

Template License Grant

BigFreq Producer Templates include Done-For-You business systems, finance planning spreadsheets, marketing campaign templates, social media calendars, catalog management systems, royalty tracking tools, mindset frameworks, contract templates, and business documents.

Permitted Uses:

  • Personal business use for your music production career
  • Customization and modification for your specific business needs
  • Implementation in your artist development and business planning

Strictly Prohibited:

  • Resale, redistribution, or sharing of templates in any form
  • Commercial licensing of templates to other producers or businesses
  • Claiming authorship or ownership of template designs or frameworks
  • Reverse engineering or extracting proprietary methodologies
  • Using templates as the basis for competing educational products
 

Template Intellectual Property

All Producer Templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of BigFreq Academy and Yaniv Ben Ari. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these templates solely for your own music career development.

Community Vaults – Content Usage and Distribution Rights

Vault Content Overview

BigFreq Community Vaults contain exclusive audio content, including:

  • Original sample packs and loops
  • Synthesizer presets and patches
  • Audio processing templates and chains
  • Impulse responses (IRs) and spatial audio content
  • Project file templates for major DAWs
  • Video tutorials and production media
 

Commercial Usage Rights

Music Production License:

  • Use vault sounds, samples, and presets in your original music productions
  • Release tracks containing vault content on streaming platforms, labels, and digital stores
  • Perform vault-enhanced tracks at live events, festivals, and DJ sets
  • Monetize your original compositions that incorporate vault materials

Attribution Requirements:

  • No attribution required for vault content used in original musical works
  • Credit BigFreq Academy when sharing unmodified educational content or tutorials
 

Strict Distribution Prohibitions

Absolutely Forbidden:

  • Redistributing raw vault content to non-members
  • Sharing login credentials or vault access with others
  • Uploading vault content to sample-sharing websites or forums
  • Creating competing sample libraries using vault materials
  • Selling or licensing vault content as standalone products
  • Reverse engineering proprietary sound design techniques

Violation Consequences: Unauthorized distribution results in immediate membership termination, loss of all vault access, and potential legal action for intellectual property infringement.

Educational Content and Intellectual Property

Course Materials and Methodology

All BigFreq Academy courses, including “Accelerator Psytrance Music Production,” “Dolby Atmos & Binaural Audio,” and business mastery programs, contain proprietary teaching methodologies developed by Yaniv Ben Ari through 20+ years of industry experience.

Usage Rights:

  • Personal learning and skill development
  • Implementation of techniques in your music career
  • Reference for your own creative and business development

Restrictions:

  • No recording, redistribution, or public sharing of course content
  • Prohibition on creating competing educational programs using BigFreq methodologies
  • No unauthorized use of Yaniv Ben Ari’s name, image, or U-Recken brand

Community Guidelines and Conduct

Acceptable Behavior

  • Respectful interaction with all community members
  • Constructive feedback on music and career development
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting fellow producers
  • Following the posting guidelines for different community channels

Prohibited Activities

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
  • Spam, self-promotion outside designated areas, or commercial solicitation
  • Sharing copyrighted material without permission
  • Attempting to recruit members to competing platforms
  • Sharing membership content with non-members

Content Submission and User Rights

Member-Generated Content

When you submit music, participate in forums, or share content within BigFreq Academy:

Your Rights:

  • You retain ownership of your original creative works
  • You control how your music is used and distributed
  • You can request the removal of your submitted content

BigFreq’s Rights:

  • Non-exclusive license to display your content within the platform
  • Right to use anonymous examples for educational purposes

Feedback and Collaboration

By participating in feedback sessions, challenges, or collaborative projects:

  • You consent to receiving constructive criticism from instructors and peers
  • You agree to provide respectful feedback to other community members

Membership Terms and Billing

Subscription Management

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Annual memberships provide access for 12 months from the purchase date
  • Collective Tier memberships include founding member benefits and revenue-sharing opportunities

Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, with access continuing until the end of the billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions cannot be prorated, but access continues for the full year
  • Vault access terminates immediately upon membership cancellation
  • Downloaded vault content must be deleted upon membership termination

Refund Policy

  • 7-day refund window for monthly memberships
  • 14-day refund window for annual memberships and individual courses
  • No refunds for Collective Tier memberships due to revenue-sharing arrangements
  • Refunds require the deletion of all downloaded content and vault materials

Producer Collective Revenue Sharing

Collective Tier members participate in BigFreq’s revenue-sharing ecosystem:

Revenue Sharing:

  • 70% revenue share on approved courses and digital products
  • Shared royalties from BigFreq label releases and sync placements
  • Booking commission from gigs secured through Beyond Measure Bookings
  • Affiliate bonuses from BigFreq ecosystem promotion

Platform Usage Rights:

  • License to use BigFreq’s marketing infrastructure for your products
  • Access to established sales funnels and email sequences
  • BigFreq Label distribution for your music releases

Obligations:

  • Maintain quality standards aligned with BigFreq’s educational mission
  • Participate in collaborative projects and community support
  • Respect exclusivity agreements for educational content creation

Intellectual Property Protection

BigFreq Academy and Yaniv Ben Ari own all rights to:

  • The BigFreq brand, logos, and visual identity
  • All educational methodologies and course structures
  • Vault content, including samples, presets, and templates
  • Community platform software and user interface
  • Marketing materials and promotional content
